Asparagasm is aspirational vegan fine dining for vegans, vegetarians and everyone.

Working in partnership with chefs, venues, restaurants, event partners and guest brands Asparagasms are vegan and gluten-free dining extravaganzas where unusual sharing and creative interventions are encouraged and indulged.

After three years and 20 events all over London Asparagasm’s founder, Kate Lewis, opened a vegan and gluten-free deli and dining room in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire. The creative team led by Lauren Lovatt and chefs Harriet, Sofia and Sophie, serve organic superfood salads, creative vegan mains, raw sugar-free cakes and a vibrant range of cold pressed juices and smoothies.

The house vegan and organic drinks list includes award-winning Asparagasm pale ale brewed by Stroud Brewery alongside superfood cocktails such as Kale-tinis and the Goji Royale. We also serve Asparagasm’s own vegan, organic and biodynamic red and white wine.

Our dining room is a place for collaboration and celebration featuring food creatives who are at the vanguard of new techniques in plant based cuisine, as well food for health and wellbeing with fermentation and raw chocolate workshops joining the dining experiences on offer. As with the pop up and private catered events, Asparagasm works with guest chefs to create unique dinners and social sharing experiences. Recent special guests include Andrew ‘Koj’ Kojima, finalist in the 2012 Masterchef series, raw chef Deborah Durrant, hailed by Vogue as “the Flavour Fashionista” as well as very exciting collaborations with The Holistic Chef, Jamie Raftery and Erin Baker of the Natural Cookery School.

Asparagasm is a journey in delicious vegan dining made accessible to everyone. We create food anyone can share and enjoy no matter what their lifestyle or dietary requirements.

From quirky cafe to jazzy bar, bistro and chefs' table supper clubs, Asparagasm always brings an element of delight and surprise.


ART OF ASPARAGASM AT SOUL CIRCUS

So - the tent would encompass the art of asparagasm a space were you can come in get glittery and enjoy a decadent array of food and drink. We thought about building a bar inside and also doing a couple of classes during the day i.e. head dress making, glitter masks, cheese pairing etc
