Cheltenham Pilates & Yoga Studios at Soul Circus 2017


We’re bringing some fabulous Pilates to Soul Circus festival this year and it’s great to be part of the tribe.

We’ve been teaching at our beautiful studios in central Cheltenham for almost 10 years now, and we have a warm and happy community thanks to our brilliantly skilled and caring teachers and reception team, and our wonderful clients.

We have over 70 Pilates Mat & Reformer, Yoga and Barre classes a week, plus lots of private sessions a week. We teach all ages, all levels of fitness, from Gloucester Rugby to men and women in their late 80s.

We are bringing 5 of our Reformers to Soul Circus this year, and we think this is a first for a Yoga and Wellness festival - plus we have some new and exciting Mat-based classes, some of which you may not have heard of before, but we’re sure you’ll love them.

Reformer

Want to find out what’s so special about Reformer Pilates? Come and try a class.
The Reformer is a fabulous, original piece of Pilates equipment, which dates back to Joseph Pilates’ first studio in New York in the 1920s.

The benefits of using this fabulous machine are legendary. Whether you are new to Pilates, want to take your Mat practice to the next level, or support your rehab from injury, we think once you’ve tried it you’ll be hooked.

Cardio Reformer

What do you get when you combine the core benefits of a Reformer class with the challenge of the Stott Pilates Cardio Tramp? An interval training experience that stokes your metabolism and improves stamina, while developing balance and core strength. Previous experience working with the Reformer preferred, and no injuries please.

Reformer Flow

A class for those who already have experience of working on the Reformer, designed to help you focus on the joy of movement, flowing from one exercise to another with as few adjustments as possible to keep the class moving.
Previous experience working with the Reformer essential.

Zenga

Zenga classes focus on the fascial lines (the connective tissue throughout our bodies). Using the breath, and Zenga balls, we work to bring ease and stretch to the body, through fluid and mindful movement. Created with a Yoga influence, Zenga improves stamina, endurance, flexibility and core strength in a whole new way.
Suitable for Everyone.

HIIT Pilates

This brand new class, (look out for it on our Cheltenham Studio timetable in the Autumn), combines the principles of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Pilates movements, to give you a safe and effective HIIT workout. An emphasis on good technique, short rest periods and Pilates exercises to balance the class, so no muscle group feels left out of your workout. Ready to take the HIIT?
Suitable for Everyone (but no injuries please).

Small Equipment Challenge

Our specialist Mat Pilates teachers will challenge you with a full body workout using traditional Mat-based exercises and the fun of a range of small equipment including Balls, Flex Bands and Magic Circles.

Wake Up Pilates

Wake up to a full body Pilates Mat routine with a focus on the key Pilates principles to strengthen and tone. Find your deep stabilising muscles and then enjoy the release of dynamic stretches to leave you walking tall, feeling lengthened and energised for the rest of the day.
