Hypnoga as a concept brings the benefits of Hypnotherapy into the Yoga practice, both powerful tools of transformation.

In this workshop we will discuss; the basics of Hypnotherapy and how it can facilitate change, explore and practice different ways we can meditate and be mindful. We will look at gratitude and the power of our attention and imagination. 

Hannah will guide you through a flowing asana practice, followed by a long relaxation and hypnosis. 

This workshop will include; mantra, meditation and mindfulness, visualisation techniques, self hypnosis techniques, asana practice, relaxation and hypnosis.
