Food is at the heart of Soul Circus, this is why we are bringing you a most wonderful food experience not usually found at a festival.
Whatever your diet, whether you desire gluten free, dairy free, cold pressed or grass fed we have it covered! In addition to our main festival café, you’ll be able to enjoy some of the best food and drink from carefully selected partner traders in our food market.
You can wash it all down with some fresh juice or locally produced cider, gin, organic bio-dynamic wine or a glass of Moet from our champagne bar as the sun sets.
Throughout the weekend you’ll be able to attend interactive cooking workshops from special guests or maybe just chat to Jamie our executive chef and vision setter (Read more about Jamie here)
Jamie has also established the Soul Cafe Manifesto (via the link) "through sharing and enjoying food, it unites us all."
They say the kitchen is the heart of a home, and the Circus Kitchen is no different as it’s the heart of our festival. Open from sunrise to well into the following morning. A carefully curated menu by Jamie will allow you discover new flavours, "fuel up" or "re-fuel" your body for the days' activities.
Serving up a comprehensive (or even "epic") menu, there will be seasonal goodness for all the family, grab your plate, juice or coffee and head to our secret garden to enjoy your treats or simply sit in the dining room and take in the sounds of live music!
Maybe you wish to indulge and spoil yourself, grab a picnic hamper, complete with a bottle of Moet and enjoy the festival...
For guests looking for something a little harder, we’ll have local craft beers on tap, natural wines, and our signature festival cocktails expertly served up by our mixologists.
Think "Cotswold Farmshop", grab your favourite product from nut butters to nutmeg, at the Pantry, you’ll be able to buy a selection of products, ingredients, cookbooks and wares from our partners and special guests to use during the festival as well as to take home and enjoy long when the festival is but a distant memory…
A space that’s instantly recognisable as the place to go for nourishment and sustenance. Opportunities to eat and lounge regardless of the weather sampling three to five unique dining ‘experiences’ in a mini food market format.
