Dan started practising yoga over 20 years ago after many years of full contact martial arts, skateboarding and continuing back complaints and hyper-mobility began to take their toll on his body. At the suggestion of an Indian doctor, it turned out that anxiety was at the root of all has problems and yoga was the solution, he has never looked back since!
Stewart first gained his qualification as a yoga teacher through yogahaven and has since become certified as a 300hr Jivamukti teacher. He teaches vinyasa based classes that can accommodate all levels of experience. He also has an interest in the practice of Yin yoga and the benefits that can be gained by complimenting this with a more dynamic practice. Awareness of breath, mindful movement and intention, hold a strong focus in his classes. All of which is held lightly and playfully.
Aurélien is a designer and art director based in London. Specialised in branding, he is passionate about all things printed, from logos to t-shirts, books, posters, and large scale murals. Aurélien is in charge of the branding, graphic design and merchandising creation for Soul Circus. Concrete Jungle Yoga - Roisin is an Anusara inspired teacher with a love of reggae & dub music. Her classes are energetic and focus on leading with your heart not your head. Dynamically flowing through postures, listening to island basslines, allowing your mind to let go and body move freely.
Roisin first began her yoga journey 6 years ago, then made the life changing decision to take her 200hr training at Triyoga with Bridget Woods-Kramer. Along side teaching mat based yoga Roisin is also a trained Aerial Yoga teacher. Physically and mentally turning those frowns upside down.
Kate found yoga the tender age of 14, and her practice has become increasingly
important throughout her life. With a background in Ashtanga, training in Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, and an aversion to taking life too seriously, Kate shares playful, dynamic, breath-led sequencing with a focus on mindful alignment. She encourages students to find a personal practice in each class, so that they may cultivate their own yoga and experience the many ways in which it expands all areas of our human life.
Also a professional singer, when Kate’s not on a yoga mat, she’ll likely be at the piano. And if she’s not there, you’ll find her reading about gut health, recycling EVERYTHING, or making chocolate-based things in the kitchen.
Chris is a lifelong martial artist, and former rugby player who turned to yoga as a way to rehabilitate injuries, yet discovered so much more! Having taught globally, he is currently based in London. Stylistically, he loves to flow a Strong Dynamic Vinyasa - with an anatomical focus, layered philosophy, mindfulness and playfulness.
Through Yoga and the world around us he inspires people to reach their potential and live fuller lives both physically and mentally, transitioning your yoga from the mat, and applying the principles learnt to your daily life.
Kelly first got on the mat ten years ago, in her mid 20s, and it soon became her antidote to balancing a demanding marketing career and a living-life-to-the-full lifestyle. Last year, after almost 15 years working in industry, she decided to shut the corporate door and launch Good Yoga Life. She now runs classes in six locations across London and teaches and hosts unique yoga events such as Yoga Supper Club.
Within Eve’s classes, she hopes to provide thoughtful sequences that promote the healthy flow of chi, weaving in pranayama breath practice, meditation, mindfulness practice, tuning into the bid, chanting and mantras, as well as understanding the meridian system and physiological aspects of stimulating the flow of fluids to muscles, joints and fascia.
As a yoga and mediation teacher, I guide people from all backgrounds to learn how to cultivate inner stillness, wellbeing and peace, and carry it through their everyday lives. I have been practicing meditation since 2006, training in the practice of Insight Meditation (Vipassana), and recently trained as a yoga teacher.

Charlotte incorporates her love for music with her yoga practice. Having took the plunge to do her 200hr YTT back in 2016, she quit her Office Management job to teach full time along with massaging. Combining the knowledge from both ensures a safe and structured practice. Yoga was her escape from office life and that’s what she tried to bring into her classes. She wants everyone to find the fun in their practice. Charlotte loves her yoga practice but she loves getting sweaty in the Crossfit box as well. Through this and her knowledge in sports massage she caters for all bodies and all abilities.
Amanda was first introduced to yoga as a teen but it wasn’t until travelling solo to India in 2005 that the deeper layers of yoga begin to shape my understanding of the world and trickle into my daily life. Since then, Amanda has been blessed to return to India almost every year to deepen my personal practice and study with senior teachers and the source. Since her first 500hr teacher training in 2009 at The Yoga Space in Perth, Australia, Over the last 5 years she has been studying under the guidance of Shiva Rea, Mark Whitwell and Sally Kempton in anchoring the teachings of the Tantras and the Krishnamaycharya lineage.
Wen is from the USA and comes to rocket yoga from a background in modern dance at the school of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in New York and the Boston Ballet School. A regular yoga practice gives her physical challenge, a sense of calm, and an expressive outlet. Wen’s class is vigorous and contains inversions but she offers modifications for those who prefer a more relaxed practice.
From discovering the fabulous benefits of a regular yoga practice, including healing injuries, increased flexibility and strength, self inquiry and over all, general well being. Tracy went on to complete a 200 hour teacher training with one of the UK’s most influential and creative Vinyasa Flow Yoga guides, Mercedes Sieff in Devon in 2014. Tracy has practiced a variety of yoga styles, including hot yoga, Jivamukti, Ashtanga and Forrest yoga among others. However her dedication to Vinyasa Flow yoga, comes from the essence that you almost dance through the postures on your mat, linking in with her previous dance training and experience.
David Kamm is an international movement artist whose curiosity has guided him through a wonderfully non-linear journey comprising a degree in architecture, professional dance training at Trinity Laban and 500 hours of yoga teacher training. Inspired by the multicultural hub he grew up in, the cheerful Malaysian celebrates a social practice which transcends labels of dance, yoga and martial arts to simply encourage others to get back into their bodies as a physical anchor to consider how we can playfully embody mindful living.
Emily Young (RYT 500) shares a warm and inclusive vinyasa teaching style, she is a Yoga Alliance teacher trainer, and has delivered retreats, workshops and teacher training's across Asia, Europe and the USA. Emily is always learning through yoga, studying Ashtanga yearly with her teacher Ajay Kumar in Mysore, having trained in Hatha Philosophy in Northern India, studied Buddhism in Nepal and with strong influence form practitioners such as Kathy Cooper, Shannon Gannon and Tara Brach. She is also a Senior Lecturer in Children's Health and Well-being at Edge Hill University in the UK.
From a very humble beginning of yoga, where I began to practice for back pain, a new world awakened to me. Yoga has become such a huge part of my life – not only for my physical body, but for my mind and spirit. My approach to yoga is a heartfelt practice filled with funky music, laughter (cause if ya can’t laugh at yourself…) and an undying love of inversions- the good, the bad, and the downright impossible. It is through the world of impossible that I find myself working towards the possible - to convince others that they too have an internal power just waiting to escape! Katarina's public teaching schedule consists of a mixture of Rocket yoga and the Mandala Vinyasa model in her vinyasa classes, working closely with chakra and elemental theories. Ash - The other half of HandstandYogi, Ash is a writer and yoga instructor based in Bristol. Founder of Flying Monkey Yoga, Ash teaches her eclectic style of Forrest-infused Vinyasa, Restorative and AcroYoga on workshops, teacher trainings and retreats throughout the UK and abroad. Ash's classes are playful but also play on the deeper connection that Yoga offers us; to our environment, to each other and to ourselves. Combo-ing her passions of the written word and being upside down, Ash is currently writing a book with Gabby - which is among other things, a holistic training guide and an exploration of the healing power of handstands.
Ambra is a former Principal ballerina with the Birmingham Royal Ballet. She turned to yoga on a path to recovery from injuries that naturally result from the strenuous training regime, and as well as becoming a hobby she also credits it with helping to enhance and prolong her career. Slowly over the years she fell in love with the more subtle, spiritual parts of the practice.
Ambra’s teaching is fun and spontaneous following the lineage of Larry Shultz, Ana Forrest, and Sri Dharma Mittra. Since she retired from professional ballet she has been teaching regularly in teacher training courses, has worked with performers and athletes helping to rethink their traditional training regimes and introduce yoga to drive better performance and increase their enjoyment of sport and performance.
